Bayman Atkinson Smythe Ltd invites applications for a Treasury Accounting role in Greater Manchester. The position focuses on hands-on treasury work, cash-flow forecasting and financial insight to support funding and growth initiatives in a social housing context.

You will report to the Head of Finance and contribute to treasury operations, management reporting and wider planning across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified, AAT-qualified or qualified by experience.
• Accurate, practical approach to accounting.
• Ability to work across the business and explain performance.

Responsibilities

• Process treasury transactions and prepare cash forecasts.
• Monitor loan movements, liquidity and covenant compliance.
• Support development management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with budget holders to explain performance and variances.
• Complete reconciliations.
• Support funding, security records, statutory reporting and audits.
