Job summary

Tradeweb seeks a Treasury Transformation Analyst to optimise treasury operations across the EMEA region with a focus on automation, technology, and AI-driven efficiencies. The role combines treasury know-how with technical and analytical skills to modernise processes and strengthen controls while supporting strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in treasury operations, cash management, or corporate finance.
• Experience with automation, AI, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Working knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, SQL, VBA, PowerShell, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with treasury systems, preferably Kyriba.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to automate treasury, reporting, and payment processes.
• Support treasury system enhancements, integrations, and Kyriba optimisation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and data analysis.
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams on digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain treasury process documentation and ensure governance and controls.
