Job summary

IPS Finance seeks a Treasury & Asset Based Lending Manager to own the financial management and optimisation of its ABL arrangements. You will oversee day-to-day activity of the lending facility, monitor inputs such as invoicing and receivables, and ensure funding headroom is maximised while maintaining strong financial controls.

Reporting to the CFO, you will model cash flow, inventory impact, covenant compliance and liquidity.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of asset-based lending, invoice discounting and treasury.
• Finance roles with significant responsibility for borrowing facilities and cash management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the asset-based lending facility.
• Monitor invoicing, receivables and inputs determining borrowing capacity.
• Assess how debtors, working capital and invoicing affect cash availability.
• Track covenant compliance, facility headroom and borrowing levels.
• Prepare information for quarterly audits and reporting on the facility.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure timely funding inputs.
• Analyse liquidity, funding capacity and working capital for senior management.
• Support treasury and corporate finance initiatives as required.
