Job summary

IPS Finance seeks a Treasury & Asset Based Lending Manager to own the financial management and optimization of its asset-based lending arrangements. The role focuses on how cash flow, invoicing, working capital and ABL interact to maximise funding headroom.

Reporting to the CFO, you will monitor inputs into the ABL facility, ensure strong financial control and provide senior management with liquidity analysis and funding insights.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of asset-based lending and invoice discounting.
• Experience in cash flow management and working capital optimization.
• Understanding of how ABL facilities interact with treasury and covenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial aspects of the ABL facility.
• Monitor invoicing, receivables and inputs that determine borrowing capacity.
• Track debtors, invoicing and working capital impact on cash availability.
• Monitor borrowing levels, facility headroom and covenant compliance.
• Prepare information and support quarterly audit processes.
• Oversee reporting for the lending facility.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure timely inputs.
• Assess impact of inventory on working capital and funding capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion and liquidity.
• Provide clear analysis on liquidity and funding to senior management.
