Job summary

IPS Finance is seeking a Treasury & Asset Based Lending Manager to own and optimise the firm’s ABL arrangements. You will monitor invoicing, working capital, and funding headroom, ensuring strong financial control and enhanced liquidity.

The role requires deep ABL, treasury, and cash management knowledge, with responsibility for debt levels, covenant compliance, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of asset-based lending, invoice discounting and treasury.
• Experience with borrowing facilities and cash management.
• Background in a capital-intensive or leveraged business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the asset-based lending facility.
• Monitor invoicing, receivables and inputs that determine borrowing capacity.
• Assess how debtors, invoicing and working capital affect cash availability.
• Track facility headroom, debt levels and covenant compliance.
• Prepare information for quarterly audits and reporting for the facility.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure timely invoicing and funding inputs.
• Analyze inventory impact on working capital and funding capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion and funding headroom.
• Provide senior management with clear liquidity and funding analysis.
