Job summary

IPS Finance is seeking a Treasury & Asset Based Lending Manager to own the financial management and optimisation of its ABL arrangements. You will understand how cash flow, invoicing, working capital and an ABL facility interact to maximise funding headroom.

Reporting to the CFO, you will monitor inputs into the facility, ensure strong financial control, and provide clear analysis on liquidity and funding capacity to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of asset-based lending, invoice discounting and treasury.
• Experience in managing lending facilities and cash flow impact on funding.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financials of the asset-based lending facility.
• Monitor invoicing, receivables and inputs that determine borrowing capacity.
• Understand how debtors, invoicing and working capital impact cash availability.
• Monitor facility headroom and covenant compliance.
• Prepare information and support quarterly audits.
• Manage reporting requirements for the lending facility.
• Work with finance and operations to ensure timely invoices and funding inputs.
• Monitor inventory and its impact on working capital and funding capacity.
• Identify opportunities to improve cash conversion and overall cash performance.
• Provide clear analysis on liquidity and funding capacity to senior management.
