A leading delivery service organization is seeking a Treasury Accountant to join its Group Finance team. The role involves overseeing treasury-related accounting, managing the Treasury Management System, and engaging with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a professional finance qualification and strong technical accounting skills. This role can be based at either our London (Farringdon) office or Chesterfield (Future Walk) office, with an expectation to work onsite 2-3 days per week.

We're looking for a Treasury Accountant to join our Group Finance team. This is a key role for a qualified finance professional with treasury experience.
Reporting to the Director of Group Finance, you will act as the subject matter expert for all Treasury related accounting and controllership for the Group.
You will also:
Lead on treasury-related elements within the IDS Group consolidated financial statements, including year-end disclosures, supporting analysis, presenting materials and working closely with external audit teams.
Supported by external insurance broker, own and advise on the insurance strategy for the UK business, manage broker relationships, and represent Royal Mail externally.
Support broader finance planning activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
