Job summary

Niyaa People currently seeks a skilled Multi-Trade operative to cover Northampton and surrounding areas. The role involves a variety of repairs across residential properties, with a focus on subsidence-related work.

You will perform carpentry, plastering, decorating, tiling and general repairs, travelling between sites in Northamptonshire and nearby areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong multi-trade background, own a van, and be comfortable travelling to multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Multi-Trade or similar.
• Experience across residential properties.
• Comfortable travelling between Northamptonshire areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-trade repairs and reinstatement works across residential properties.
• Carry out carpentry, plastering, decorating, tiling and general building repairs.
• Complete remedial works relating to subsidence insurance claims.
• Carry out making-good and finishing works following repairs.
• Travel between properties across Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.
• Work independently and maintain safety and quality.
