Job summary

Niyaa People is looking for a skilled Multi Trade Builder to cover Reading and nationwide projects. You will perform responsive repairs and planned maintenance across domestic and commercial properties using a range of trades to complete plumbing, carpentry, joinery, painting, roofing and landscaping tasks.

Based in or around Reading, you should hold a full UK driving licence, be willing to travel extensively, and work Monday to Friday with potential overnight stays.

Qualifications

Previous property maintenance experience.
Strong multi-trade and building skills.
Experience across domestic and commercial properties.
Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance.
Working across domestic and commercial properties.
Completing general building and multi-trade repairs.
Carrying out plumbing, carpentry, joinery, painting, roofing and landscaping works.
Carrying out refurbishment and maintenance works.
Diagnosing faults and finding cost-effective solutions.
Working independently and managing your own workload.
Completing work safely and to a high standard.
