Job summary

Aston Community Education Trust is seeking an IT Technician to provide technical support for users across its academies. The role includes travel between sites and requires DBS clearance. Hours are 37 per week, with working times between 7.30am and 5.00pm, to be agreed on appointment.

The post is suitable for ICT skills developed through school, college or personal interest, or for a technician looking to step up. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows and Office environments.
• Ability to travel between academies to provide IT support across sites.
• DBS check at an appropriate level is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users of IT hardware, software and systems.
• Work as part of a team of IT technicians.
• Travel to the trust's other academies to provide an efficient service across all sites.
