Job summary

VIQU Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on IT Support Engineer to remediate vulnerabilities across multiple sites. The role is full-time and onsite with travel across the South East and West; home location Oxford. Start date is immediate.

You will provide 1st and 2nd line support, patch management, and endpoint remediation, working independently to meet tight deadlines and keep systems secure ahead of audits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support engineer with practical problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work independently across multiple sites.
• Experience remediating endpoints and patching software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support.
• Remove, patch and update applications on user devices.
• Troubleshoot and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities identified through Rapid7.
• Replace devices and resolve desktop/application issues.
• Travel regularly between sites across the Southeast, including Bristol and Norwich.
• Document completed work and remediation updates.
