Solus is seeking an IT Field Engineer to provide onsite and remote support across the UK, using our Evolve software. You will travel to sites, install and configure IT systems, support staff and external clients, and guide 1st Line Engineers to resolve incidents efficiently.

You will report to IT leadership, follow internal docs, and help with deployment, asset handling, and site openings. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced IT systems and infrastructures knowledge.
• Experience with Windows OS, Office 365 and Azure.
• Experience with FreshService, ITIL v4, DNS and DHCP.
• Working knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot IT issues across various areas.
• Install, configure and support IT systems.
• Guide and support 1st Line IT Engineers.
• Escalate issues and collaborate with the team.
