Job summary

Abri is seeking dedicated individuals to join our communal services teams, offering flexible working patterns across full-time or part-time roles. You’ll help keep entrances and shared spaces clean and safe, contributing to welcoming places for residents to call home.

You’ll travel between properties, perform cleaning and safety checks, and report repairs while building positive relationships with residents and colleagues. We welcome transferable skills and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Reliable, organised and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Hands-on work.
• Passionate about delivering great customer service.
• Proud of maintaining high standards and paying attention to detail.
• Experience in cleaning, caretaking, facilities management, housekeeping or a similar role would be beneficial, but transferable skills allowed.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning communal entrances, stairwells, corridors and shared spaces.
• Carrying out litter picking.
• Reporting repairs, maintenance issues, or anything that may affect customer safety.
• Building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Taking ownership of your workload and managing your day effectively.
