Job summary

Abri is seeking dedicated individuals to join our communal services teams, offering flexible working patterns across full-time or part-time roles. You’ll help keep entrances and shared spaces clean and safe, contributing to welcoming places for residents to call home.

You’ll travel between properties, perform cleaning and safety checks, and report repairs while building positive relationships with residents and colleagues. We welcome transferable skills and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Reliable, organised and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Hands-on work.
• Passionate about delivering great customer service.
• Proud of maintaining high standards and paying attention to detail.
• Experience in cleaning, caretaking, facilities management, housekeeping or a similar role would be beneficial, but transferable skills allowed.

Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing

What we’re looking for

Experience in cleaning, caretaking, facilities management, housekeeping or a similar role would be beneficial, but we’d also love to hear from people with transferable skills and the right attitude.

While a full UK driving licence is desirable, we recognise that it isn't possible for everyone. If you don't hold a licence, we'll still consider your application and explore opportunities that are within a manageable commuting distance.
