Abri is seeking dedicated staff for our Communal Services team to keep entrances and common areas clean, safe and welcoming across our communities. The role offers flexible working patterns, including full-time, part-time and school-friendly hours, with a focus on reliable, independent, hands-on work and great customer service.
We value individuals who pay attention to detail, can manage their own schedules, and take pride in delivering high standards.
Do you take pride in a job well done? Are you someone who notices the little things that make a big difference to people’s everyday lives?
At Abri, we’re always looking to connect with people who care about creating clean, safe, and welcoming places for our customers to call home. Whilst we currently have opportunities available, we’re also keen to build a network of talented people who’d like to hear about future roles as they arise.
Whether you’re looking for full-time work, reduced hours, or something that fits around school hours and family commitments, we’d love to hear from you. We know that flexibility matters, and we’re committed to exploring working patterns that help people balance work and life.
Our communal spaces are often the first thing customers see when they arrive home. The work you do helps create communities that people can feel proud of, making a real difference to the everyday lives of our customers.
From keeping entrances and shared spaces spotless to carrying out important safety checks, every day brings the opportunity to make a positive impact.
You’ll be joining a team that cares about people, takes pride in what they do, and supports one another to deliver a great service.
You’ll spend your days travelling between our properties, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well-presented.
This could include:
No two days are the same, but every day you’ll be helping us create places people are proud to live.
We’re less concerned about where you’ve worked before and more interested in the person you are.
You’ll be:
Experience in cleaning, caretaking, facilities management, housekeeping or a similar role would be beneficial, but we’d also love to hear from people with transferable skills and the right attitude.
While a full UK driving licence is desirable, we recognise that it isn’t possible for everyone. If you don’t hold a licence, we’ll still consider your application and explore opportunities that are within a manageable commuting distance.
We understand that not everyone is looking for a traditional 9-5 role.
That’s why we’re open to discussing a range of working patterns, including:
If you’re looking for a role that offers flexibility alongside meaningful work, we’d love to start a conversation.
Even if you’re not actively looking right now, we’d still love to hear from you.
