We're excited to be looking for a Communal Services Cleaner to join our busy frontline team in Bracknell.
At Abri, we believe everyone deserves to feel proud of where they live. The communal spaces in our homes and schemes are at the heart of creating welcoming, thriving communities, and they're often the first thing customers see when they walk through the door. That's why keeping these spaces clean, safe and cared for is so important. It's about creating an environment where people feel comfortable, valued and truly at home.
In this role, you'll make a visible difference every single day. By caring for communal areas, lounges, dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, guest rooms and laundry facilities, you'll help create spaces that are warm, welcoming and ready to be enjoyed. Your work will play an important part in enhancing our customers' wellbeing and helping them feel proud to call an Abri home their own.
You'll work independently, managing your own workload while being part of a supportive team that shares a passion for delivering great service. Along the way, you'll build positive relationships with customers and colleagues, taking pride in maintaining spaces that are safe, clean and welcoming.
We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised and enjoys practical, hands‑on work.
You'll ideally have experience in a cleaning, caretaking, or a facilities role and be comfortable using a range of cleaning products and equipment. Most importantly, you'll care about delivering a high‑quality service, have a great eye for detail and enjoy making a positive difference to the people who live in our communities.
A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll travel between our locations during your working day.
At Abri, you'll be part of an organisation that's driven by purpose and committed to making a real difference. You'll join a supportive team where your contribution is valued, your wellbeing matters and the work you do genuinely helps improve people's everyday lives.
