Are you passionate about adventure, culture, and making travel dreams come true? Indigo Expedition is expanding, and we're looking for a dynamic Travel Sales Executive to join our growing travel company and help connect curious travelers with unforgettable journeys.

Indigo Expedition creates immersive, responsible, and culturally rich adventures across Morocco, Jordan, Spain, Tanzania, and other inspiring destinations. We specialize in small-group and private tours designed to go beyond boundaries – blending authenticity, local connection, and stunning landscapes.

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships and closing sales in the travel and tourism space.

Your Role:
  • Prospect and convert leads from website inquiries, social media, and partner referrals
  • Engage clients through email, video calls, or messaging platforms to understand their travel goals
  • Build customized trip proposals in collaboration with our trip designers
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with individual travelers, travel agents, and corporate partners
  • Follow up consistently and close bookings efficiently
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
  • Promote key trips like our Morocco Cultural Adventure, Spain Discovery Tours, and Tanzania Safari Experience
You Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in travel or service-based sales (B2C or B2B)
  • Fluency in English (bonus: French, Spanish, or Arabic)
  • Passion for travel, culture, and human connection
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRMs, lead tracking, and proposal tools
  • Insider knowledge or interest in one of our core destinations
