Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Stansted Airport is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to lead a team in Travel Retail. You will drive store performance, set sales targets with the Business Manager, and ensure exceptional customer service and brand standards are upheld.

You will promote a customer-centric culture, mentor staff, manage visual merchandising, and participate in development initiatives to unlock commercial success across the airport location.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Support the Business Manager to determine individual and team sales targets and communicate with the Retail Artists to achieve them.
• Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and a superior customer experience.
• Coach and give feedback to the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury standards are met.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising, counter cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work 5 days on a shift basis, including early and late shifts.
• Provide references and complete background checks as required for airside operations.
