Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a dynamic Counter Manager at Stansted Airport. You will lead and coach a high‑performing team, drive sales and operational targets, and recruit and train top artistry talent to deliver magical customer experiences in a busy airport environment.

You’ll oversee staffing, stock, and brand standards while building emotional connections with customers, with flexibility for early and late shifts within a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience required.
• People management experience preferred.
• Strategic planning skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead and engage the team with the Tilbury vision across Stansted Airport stores.
• Conduct daily briefs and 1:1 performance meetings with staff.
• Create weekly/monthly rotas and forecast staffing needs.
• Drive KPI targets and sales through team motivation and coaching.
• Ensure brand compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Oversee stock levels, audits, and stock planning with Retail Manager.
• Recruit, train, and develop top talent for expert artistry.
