Charlotte Tilbury Belfast is seeking an Assistant Business Manager to lead on counter operations, drive sales and champion customer experience. You will support the Business Manager, motivate Retail Artists and maintain visuals to reflect the CT brand.

You will be a brand ambassador with a passion for beauty, commercial awareness and people management, delivering strong results and a premium shopping experience.

Responsabilités

• Drive financial results in store to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
• Support the Business Manager to set sales targets and communicate with Retail Artists to achieve them.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for the brand and performance.
• Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service and a great customer experience.
• Coach and give feedback to the team to meet CT standards in service and artistry.
• Extend exceptional customer service beyond in-store, driving the customer database for marketing opportunities.
• Implement development plans and regular reviews with two-way feedback.
• Maintain positive, cooperative team culture through meetings and collaborative management.
• Propose plans, events and activities to unlock commercial success.
• Maintain immaculate visual merchandising, counter cleanliness and hygiene.
• Uphold grooming standards to inspire the team.
