Qualifications

• L5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification with RC project leadership experience.
• Full UK driving licence with ability to travel to multiple sites.
• Strong PAS2035/PAS2030/MCS knowledge and regulatory awareness.
• Ability to analyse technical data and PAS2035 documentation.
• Proven ability to deliver QA on Retrofit Assessments and co-ordinate retrofit designs.
• Proficient in project documentation and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Retrofit Coordination on live projects with PAS2035 compliance.
• Support QA on Retrofit Assessments, Coordination, and Designs.
• Verify project data, audit trails, and technical documentation for audits and funding.
• Collaborate with technical teams and contractors to integrate retrofit measures.
• Identify and resolve retrofit technical challenges with stakeholders.
• Participate in reviews and meetings to improve retrofit strategies.
• Develop internal process guides and training for retrofit workflows.
• Conduct Retrofit Assessments on targeted projects.
• Stay updated on funding schemes and policy changes.
• Conduct pre- and post-retrofit evaluations and gather performance data.
• Engage with external auditors and regulators to ensure compliance.
