Job summary

Saga is seeking a Product Set Up Executive to join our Production team. You will ensure travel products are accurately set up, costed and maintained in the TigerBay system, keeping data integrity at the heart of every task.

You will partner with Ground and Air Purchasing/Contracting, Product and Revenue Management to load packages and promotions reliably. You'll be detail-oriented, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a hybrid role based from Enbrook office three days

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Excel, with confidence in handling and manipulating data.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
• Good commercial awareness and the ability to understand how accurate product information supports the wider business.
• Confidence working with detailed product or contract data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues across different teams.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• A willingness and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• A flexible and adaptable approach, particularly when priorities or processes change.

Responsibilities

• Accurately setting up and costing all travel products within the TigerBay system, ensuring data is consistent and accurate.
• Liaising with Ground and Air Purchasing/Contracting teams to make sure product information is complete, clear and fit for purpose.
• Maintaining and updating product details in line with production schedules and agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Investigating and resolving product setup and costing issues, identifying root causes and putting effective solutions in place.
• Working closely with Product and Revenue Management teams to ensure packages, promotions and costings are correctly loaded and kept up to date.
• Creating and amending itineraries and packages as required, ensuring changes are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Supporting communication and collaboration across teams, responding to queries and helping to build strong working relationships.
• Contributing to ongoing system and process improvement projects, looking for ways we can work more effectively.
• Managing your workload effectively, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
