Ambitions Travel Recruitment is seeking a Data Loader in Croydon to own inventory and cost loading across reservation and back-office systems. You will work closely with product, tech and sales teams to keep tours live, correctly priced and ready for sale.

Ideal candidates will have a strong data systems background, excellent numerical reasoning, and the ability to communicate across departments. This hybrid role requires two days in the Croydon office and three days from home.

Responsibilities

• Load and maintain tours within Tigerbay (reservation system).
• Load and monitor flights in an in-house application.
• Request new flights/routes from third-party suppliers.
• Load tour costs and ensure live status across channels.
• Update tours for re-pricing or inventory changes.
• Place tours on stop sale when needed.
• Run exception reports and resolve loading queries.
• Support system testing and report bugs/issues.
• Tidy up product data and perform housekeeping.
• Liaise with Tech and third-party providers on setup.

Data Loader ob in Croydon within the tour operator sector, offering a great salary DOE plus benefits. This is a data-driven product inventory role responsible for loading and maintaining holiday inventory and cost data, resolving system queries, and liaising with the tech team and third-party providers.

They are now seeking a Data Loader to take ownership of accurate inventory and cost loading across their reservation and back-office systems, working closely with product, tech and sales teams to keep tours correctly priced, verified and ready for sale.

The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of accurate inventory and cost loading, keeping tours live, correctly priced and ready for sale across all channels.

• Load and maintain tours within Tigerbay, the reservation system
• Load and monitor flights within an in-house custom-built application
• Request new flights or routes from third-party flight suppliers
• Load tour costs and verify tours are live for sale across all sales channels
• Update and amend tours for re-pricing, itinerary or inventory changes
• Place tours on stop sale as and when required
• Run and check exception reports, resolving booking and loading queries
• Take part in system testing for new releases, reporting bugs and issues
• Carry out product data tidy-up and housekeeping
• Liaise with the Tech team and third-party providers on setup and configuration
• Experience working within the travel industry is a must
• Strong level of numerical reasoning and a highly methodical approach
• Able to organise workload, use initiative, problem solve and multi-task
• Excellent communication skills and a natural team player
• Hybrid working — 2 days in the Croydon office, 3 days from home
