Saga is hiring a Product Set Up Executive in Folkestone for a hybrid role. You will ensure travel products are accurately set up, costed and maintained in TigerBay, collaborating with Purchasing, Product and Revenue teams to keep data current and reliable.

You’ll manage multiple priorities, handle data with care, and use Excel to manipulate large datasets. A detail-oriented and proactive problem solver will thrive in this hands-on position.

Responsibilities

• Accurately setting up and costing all travel products within the TigerBay system, ensuring data is consistent and accurate.
• Liaising with Ground and Air Purchasing/Contracting teams to ensure product information is complete and fit for purpose.
• Maintaining and updating product details in line with production schedules and SLAs.
• Investigating and resolving product setup and costing issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Working with Product and Revenue Management teams to ensure packages and costings are loaded and up to date.
• Creating and amending itineraries and packages, ensuring changes are processed accurately.
• Supporting communication across teams and building strong working relationships.
• Contributing to system and process improvement projects and managing workload to deadlines.
