Job summary

Saga plc. is seeking a Product Set Up Executive to accurately set up and cost travel products in TigerBay, maintaining data integrity across the production process.

You’ll liaise with Ground and Air Purchasing, Product and Revenue Management to ensure information is complete and up to date, while updating itineraries and supporting process improvements. Hybrid role based from Folkestone with three days in the Enbrook office.

Responsibilities

• Accurately setting up and costing all travel products within the TigerBay system, ensuring data is consistent and accurate.
• Liaising with Ground and Air Purchasing/Contracting teams to ensure product information is complete, clear and fit for purpose.
• Maintaining and updating product details in line with production schedules and SLAs.
• Investigating and resolving product setup and costing issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
• Working with Product and Revenue Management teams to ensure packages, promotions and costings are loaded and up to date.
• Creating and amending itineraries and packages as required, ensuring changes are processed accurately.
• Supporting communication across teams and building strong working relationships.
• Contributing to system and process improvement projects.
• Managing workload to meet deadlines.
