Job summary

AXA Partners in the United Kingdom seeks a Travel Operations Expert to oversee IPASA contracts and end-to-end operational delivery across markets. You will manage TPA relationships, regulatory reporting obligations, complaint handling, and financial controls to protect the IPASA business from risks while enabling new contracts and partnerships.

The role requires governance leadership, cross-market collaboration, and strong operational analytics to identify risks and drive improvements within AXA

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-market contract and TPA management.
• Strong regulatory reporting experience in insurance or assistance services.
• Proven complaint management and data harmonisation across hubs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the daily operational contact for IPASA TPAs, managing queries and governance activities.
• Coordinate data loads, packs and onboarding of TPAs; maintain complaint handling processes for new partners.
• Lead regulatory reporting activities, including FSMA and IVASS submissions where relevant.
• Collect and harmonise complaint data across hubs; maintain the IPASA complaints dashboard with KPIs.
• Approve payments, ex-gratia, and hub invoices within delegated limits; oversee cost containment.
• Lead monthly governance meetings with countries, TPAs, and customer care centers.
