Job summary

AXA UK is seeking a Head of Talent to shape Talent Management and Development strategies, strengthening succession and pipelines, and building capabilities for the future. Reporting to culture and capability leads, you will partner with senior leaders and global teams to translate talent ambitions into business outcomes, fostering a high-performance culture where people thrive.

Proven experience developing and delivering talent strategies.
Strong understanding of talent best practices and business impact.
Experience managing talent teams in global organisations.
Track record of predictive, data-driven talent approaches.
Excellent relationship-building with stakeholders at all levels, including execs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement UK Talent Management and Development Strategy aligned with objectives.
Own and deliver end-to-end talent management cycle.
Build partnerships with internal stakeholders including Group Talent and senior leadership.
Lead succession planning to strengthen pipelines for key roles.
Define and execute talent development initiatives for high-potential segments.
Own end-to-end early careers strategy, design and delivery.
Develop skills and capabilities roadmap with Workforce strategy team.
Provide strategic leadership to the Talent team and promote high performance.
Engage senior leaders and AXA Group HR on talent initiatives.
Lead on talent insights and translate data into action.
Manage the talent budget to maximise ROI.
