Eurochange Ltd is seeking a part-time Retail Bureau Manager for our Redcar store in Morrisons. You’ll lead a small team, drive revenue through outstanding service, and ensure compliance with AML/KYC and cash procedures.

You will coach colleagues, analyse branch performance, and promote our full range of foreign exchange services, delivering a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail or financial services.
• Strong sales target achievement track record.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC and financial compliance.
• Budgeting and cash-handling experience.

Responsabilités

• Own branch performance and profitability through service and sales.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver engaging customer experiences.
• Build relationships with customers and match them to products.
• Promote full range of services to simplify travel money.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Lead by example in eurochange sales framework and standards.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance and audit cash reconciliations.
