Job summary

eurochange is seeking a Retail Bureau Manager for its Redcar branch. This part-time role covers 22 hours per week at Morrisons, TS10 3ER, with shift patterns across Monday to Sunday.

You’ll lead a small team, drive revenue through excellent service, promote our full travel-money range, and ensure AML/KYC compliance while upholding high standards. A commercial mindset and strong people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in retail, banking, or financial services.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of AML, KYC, and financial compliance standards.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with cash handling and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the branch performance, driving revenue and profitability through excellent customer service and sales strategies.
• Inspire and coach your team to deliver personalised, engaging experiences for every customer.
• Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their travel needs and matching them with the right products.
• Actively promote eurochange’s full range of services to simplify travel money for customers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for queries and complaints, resolving them promptly and professionally.
• Lead by example in delivering the eurochange sales framework and maintaining high standards.
• Ensure AML/KYC compliance and business-wide procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular cash reconciliations and audits to manage risk and minimise losses.
• Analyse branch KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor your team to grow skills and careers.
• Maintain branch organisation, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with peers and regional teams to drive success across the business.
• Seek opportunities to innovate and improve processes for customer experience.
