Job summary

Fexco Group is recruiting a Travel Money Advisor to cover shifts in Sainsbury's Rayleigh and East Mayne stores, with a 20-hour per week, part-time schedule. A driving licence is essential, and some weekend work may be required as part of a shared rota.

You will typically work alone in-store handling foreign currencies, cash transactions, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting the team and maintaining high store standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally in cash handling environment.
• Experience working with foreign currencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver customer requirements, meeting and exceeding their needs and maximising sales.
• Achieve and where possible exceeding individual and team sales and service targets.
• Identify opportunities to cross sell various products and services.
• Effective and accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ensure the store meets all operational standards and presentation is maintained.
• Adhere to Company Policies including Health and Safety, AML and Security.
• Deal with customer complaints/queries professionally to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Answer telephone calls promptly, politely and professionally.
• Undertake marketing initiatives to promote the Bureau and increase brand awareness.
• Ensure all POS and company material are displayed correctly and in working order.
