Job summary

Internova Travel Group is seeking a Mid-Level IT Application Support Technician for its UK IT team. You will blend application support, automation scripting, and system administration to keep travel applications running smoothly in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of enterprise IT experience, strong PowerShell and Python skills, and familiarity with Intune, AD, and travel API integrations with GDS systems like Sabre/Amadeus. Excellent collaboration required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT application support or enterprise level role.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Python for automation.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure AD.
• Solid Windows, AD, and RESTful API knowledge.
• Experience with data reporting using Excel/Power BI is beneficial.
• Travel industry or GDS familiarity is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork in a dynamic IT environment.
