Job summary

Internova Travel Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Mid-Level IT Application Support Technician with 6+ years of experience. The role blends application support, automation scripting, and system administration within a fast-paced enterprise IT team.

You will use PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Intune to stabilize critical travel applications, automate tasks, and integrate travel APIs. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver reliable tech services in a travel industry context.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in IT application support or enterprise level environments.
• Automation & scripting with PowerShell and Python for internal tools.
• Hands-on Intune management and Azure AD in production.
• Strong Windows server, Active Directory and RESTful API knowledge.
• Analytical problem-solving across applications, databases, and networks.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent work experience.
• Clear communication and teamwork for technical/non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in travel tech (GDS Sabre/Amadeus/Galileo) is a plus.
