Job summary

dnata Travel Group in Leyland is seeking a Document Integrity Consultant to issue all booking documents and ensure high-quality information for customers. The role supports the Data Integrity team, adheres to GDPR, and works to meet SLAs in a busy operations environment.

Hours are Monday–Friday 9am–5pm, with occasional Saturday rota. Benefits include travel discounts, generous annual leave, pension, life assurance, and wellbeing support.

Responsibilities

• Issue all booking documents and collate supplier documents.
• Escalate issues to Data Integrity Coordinator and help identify root causes.
• Ensure documents are sent to customers within SLAs.
• Reconfirm travel arrangements for high-profile accounts.
• Assist in raising concerns and improving processes across the business.
