Job summary

TUI Heswall is hiring a Travel Advisor to help customers choose and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and add‑on products. You’ll become a destination expert and place the customer at the heart of our business.

Expect a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays. You’ll receive training on our systems, have the chance to earn via a commission scheme, and enjoy holiday benefits, wellbeing support, and progression opportunities.

• If things don't go to plan, you'll need to be confident to actively investigate and resolve any question or complaint.
