TUI Group in Cheltenham is recruiting a Travel Advisor to help customers plan and book holidays, cruises, UK breaks and other products. You’ll greet customers face to face in store, use your passion to inspire, and turn interest into sales while delivering great service.

You'll work varied shifts including weekends and evenings, receive training on systems, benefit from a commission scheme, holiday perks, health and wellbeing programs, and a pension.

Responsibilities

• Inspire customers and colleagues whilst creating a great shopping experience.
• Your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales objectives, in Retail we call it ‘Smashing your Targets’.
• Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer engaged role both face to face and virtually.
• If things don’t go to plan, you’ll need to be confident to actively investigate and resolve any question or complaint.
• As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.
