Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead on day-to-day ward operations with professional leadership.
- Promote a positive culture and staff development.
- Oversee recruitment, selection and induction processes.
- Ensure performance reviews for ward team are conducted.
- Maintain clinical skills as part of the ward team.
- Drive continuous quality improvement.
- Manage duty rotas and staff availability.
- Maintain sickness records and address performance issues.
- Lead investigations of clinical incidents and provide feedback.
- Coordinate staffing rotas and provide senior clinical support.
- Participate in service development projects.
