You will coordinate services, review patient information and working protocols, and deputise for the Lead Nurse as required. The role spans Russells Hall and Corbett's Hospitals with some weekend/evening clinics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and nursing care within Trauma & Orthopaedics Outpatients.
• Monitor availability and effectiveness of virtual fracture clinics to ensure timely reviews.
• Provide expert clinical and managerial advice and support to staff and patients.
