Job summary

CCP Ltd. is seeking an experienced support worker to join a new Accommodation Based Service in Wiltshire, providing housing and support to Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children and care-experienced young people. This full-time role offers a varied workload within a values-driven charity.

You will assist the Management Team, lead on safety, and act as a positive role model while offering trauma-informed support and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Experience in support work or desire to start a career in supporting young people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the homes as part of the Accommodation Based Services team and lead on support and safety.
• Be a role model to the young people and consistently push for high standards.
• Provide trauma-informed support, understanding backgrounds and championing diversity and inclusion.
• Assist with various tasks from helping residents move into their new home, safety planning, job training, independent living skills, to refugee status support.
