Caring for Communities and People (CCP) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist young adults aged 18-25 in quality housing services across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. You will provide practical and emotional support, guided by trauma-informed principles, to help individuals move toward greater independence.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a support worker in a similar role.
• Ability to work on a rota basis and adapt to a trauma-informed approach.
• Empathy, motivation of others and commitment to transforming lives.
