Job summary

360 CRS is hiring a Residential Support Practitioner to provide safe, nurturing homes for children aged 7–17 across our Durham provision and other sites in the region. The role offers £13.50–£15.00 per hour plus a £50 sleep-in bonus, with enhancements for overtime and bank holidays.

You’ll be a grounding influence, build trusting relationships, support emotional development and routines, champion safeguarding, and work as part of a reflective team.

Qualifications

• Children's residential care experience (preferred).
• Full UK driving licence (essential) & access to a car (preferred).
• Willingness to work a varied rota (24-hour shifts).

Responsibilities

• Be a positive, grounding influence for young people.
• Build meaningful relationships based on trust with children and carers.
• Support emotional development, routines, independence, learning and community involvement.
• Champion safeguarding and positive practice within the home.
• Work as part of a supportive, reflective team.
