Job summary

Streets of Growth in London is seeking a Young Person Intervention Coach to support vulnerable 15–21 year-olds, guiding them away from exploitation toward education, employment, and safer futures. This frontline role requires emotional resilience and a commitment to making a tangible difference in communities.

You will deliver AIM+ interventions, build trusted relationships, work in the community, and coordinate with families, schools, and agencies to reduce harm and promote progression.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering frontline work with vulnerable young people.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and safeguarding.
• Ability to perform risk assessments in high-pressure settings.
• Strong relational skills and emotional resilience.
• Commitment to building safer futures for youth.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with young people on caseload.
• Deliver tailored interventions and plans for individuals.
• Work in real-world environments, including outreach and home/school settings.
• Collaborate with social services, police, schools and partners.
• Track progress and contribute to KPI delivery.
