Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship skills are essential.
• Empathy, patience, and resilience are key traits.
• Experience with children with SEND is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured sessions for young people referred to the STARTS programme.
• Build strong relationships with children facing challenges.
• Support transitions between educational settings.
