Job summary

Rape Crisis South London is seeking a Technology & Digital Manager to oversee day-to-day IT and digital systems, ensuring secure, accessible technology across the organisation and its network. You will lead Microsoft 365, DPMS and website maintenance while providing practical training and support to staff.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed practice, data protection and collaboration with external IT partners to drive improvements and resilience in digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and providing day-to-day IT support to staff.
• Experience overseeing case management systems and databases.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to colleagues with varied confidence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Microsoft 365 environment, users, permissions and devices.
• Provide first-line technical support and liaise with external provider for complex issues.
• Oversee DPMS including user access and data structures.
• Maintain and update both organisations’ websites and content.
• Support secure handling of sensitive survivor information and digital security.
