Job summary

VIQU Ltd., in partnership with a leading NHS organisation in Wales, is recruiting a Digital Trainer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports a major digital transformation by designing and delivering training that enables colleagues to confidently adopt new technologies.

You will work with Digital, Business Change and operations teams to deliver engaging training on Microsoft 365, digital applications and clinical systems, driving digital adoption across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT or digital training.
• Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Experience creating training materials and user documentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and adapt training for different audiences.
• Healthcare, digital transformation or E-learning experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging digital training programmes.
• Deliver classroom and virtual training on Microsoft 365 and clinical systems.
• Create training materials, user guides and digital learning content.
• Conduct training needs analysis and tailor learning solutions.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new digital systems.
• Promote digital learning opportunities and support the Learning Management System (LMS).
