Responsibilities

• Support teaching and learning in class
• Work with children 1:1 or in small groups
• Manage classroom resources
• Take children on educational trips and visits
• Have lunch with children who struggle socially
• Ensure safety and support during heightened behaviours
• Create, play and teach activities to develop social skills
• Create displays to enhance learning environment
• Celebrate pupil successes
