Job summary

Compass Community Schools is seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to support children with SEMH and SEND. You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assist with lesson delivery, manage resources, and help create stimulating displays.

Qualifications

• Good command of English and Maths basics.
• Ability to support diverse SEMH needs with patience and consistency.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing therapeutic training.
