Qualifications

• Experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
• Experience in a trauma-informed setting is a significant advantage.
• Ability to build rapport with students and work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom management and instruction.
• Provide individual and small group support to students.
• Implement behaviour support plans effectively.
• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with students and their families.
