Qualifications

• Experience leading housing or supported housing teams.
• Strong ability to manage budgets and performance metrics.
• Proven skills in stakeholder engagement and communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of Team Leaders, Coordinators and Support Coaches.
• Oversee the safe, secure and effective management of supported accommodation.
• Promote a trauma-informed and psychologically informed approach across the service.
• Set objectives and performance measures, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs including voids, rent collection, arrears, customer satisfaction and tenancy sustainment.
• Ensure safeguarding, complaints and operational risks are managed effectively.
• Collaborate with Finance, Property and Housing teams to ensure income, repairs and compliance.
• Build relationships with local authorities, community organisations and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for grants, tenders and service development.
