Job summary

Your Place (London) Limited is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our team at Your Place @ Anchor House, supporting residents affected by homelessness to build independence and stability. You will manage a caseload, deliver one-to-one key-work, develop support plans and work with partner agencies to help residents access services, training, employment and move-on opportunities.

Shift work including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring approach to vulnerable residents.
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritise tasks.
• Experience delivering person-centred support and trauma-informed care.
• Ability to work with partner agencies to access services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residents and deliver one-to-one key-work.
• Develop and implement individual support plans.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to access services, training and move-on opportunities.
• Provide trauma-informed, compassionate, person-centred support during shifts (evenings/weekends).
