Qualifications

• Care experience or willingness to support adults with diverse needs.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends, with potential sleepovers and waking nights.
• Commitment to a person-centred approach; experience with learning disabilities is desirable.

• Empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity and wellbeing.
